In 2022, there was a concerning increase in alcohol-related fatalities across England and Wales, reaching unprecedented levels. The Office for National Statistics reported a total of 7,423 deaths linked to alcohol in England and Wales throughout the year. In Scotland, similar issues are arising, with alcohol-related deaths at an all-time high for the last 14 years.
Our online CPD alcohol awareness training course covers the harmful effects of alcohol use, possible health issues surrounding its consumption, and where to seek treatment and help if needed.
